Seaturns Exhibits for the First Time at the Ocean Energy Europe Annual Conference 2025

On November 4 and 5, 2025, Seaturns had the honor of participating for the first time as an exhibitor at the Ocean Energy Europe Annual Conference, the leading event bringing together key stakeholders in marine renewable energies across Europe.

This flagship industry gathering brought together industrial players, institutions, researchers and policymakers around a shared objective: accelerating the development of ocean energy to strengthen Europe’s energy transition and energy independence.

Strong institutional recognition

On this occasion, the Seaturns team had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Costas Kadis, European Commissioner for Fisheries and Oceans, to its booth.

This visit provided an opportunity for constructive discussions focusing on:

• the challenges of European energy sovereignty,

• the strategic role of marine renewable energies,

• and Seaturns’ ambition to become a major contributor to the blue energy transition.

Representatives of the European Commission also expressed strong interest in Seaturns’ rapid growth and its innovative wave energy technology.
